Michael Baska

Michael J. Baska is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Tampa, Florida office, focusing on motor vehicle and commercial trucking accident litigation. He brings substantial defense-side experience to plaintiffs' work — having defended insurance carriers in medical malpractice cases right out of law school, then working on first-party insurance property damage defense, and ultimately representing trucking companies in personal injury matters before transitioning to plaintiffs' practice. He has worked at several of the most respected firms in Tampa.

Baska earned his J.D. from Penn State Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar.
