About Nicholas Boyle

Nicholas Boyle is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, where he focuses on auto accident and other plaintiff personal injury matters. Before joining Farah & Farah, he spent more than three years as a defense attorney representing insurance companies in personal injury and first-party property litigation — experience that informs his current work helping injured clients hold those same insurers accountable when they fail to make fair offers.

Boyle recently secured a $1,750,000 settlement in a motor vehicle case involving head and neck injuries that required surgery — more than seventeen times the initial defense offer.

Boyle earned his B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University and his J.D. from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he was recognized for volunteering more than 200 hours at the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Legal Clinic on pro bono cases. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the UF Law Alumni Association, and the FSU Undergraduate Alumni Association.
