Richard Staggard

Richard Arthur 'Rick' Staggard is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, where he has practiced since 2004. He concentrates on motor vehicle and commercial trucking collisions and has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements over more than two decades with the firm — including six-figure recoveries on numerous matters and a seven-figure settlement in the wrongful death of a college student.

Staggard earned his B.A. from Rutgers University–Camden and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School. He is admitted in Florida and Georgia and is a member of The Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice.
