Kimberly Hogan

Kimberly M. "Kimmy" Hogan, Esq. is a Shareholder at Fasig | Brooks Law Offices in Tallahassee, Florida, where she has represented injured clients since 2012. A native Floridian who grew up at Maclay School in Tallahassee, she focuses her practice on slip and fall accidents, motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and traumatic brain injury cases.

While in law school at the University of Florida, Hogan participated in UF's Mock Trial Team, presided as a co-mediator at the Alachua County Civil Justice Center, and clerked at the First District Court of Appeal. Outside her practice, she volunteers as President of the Board of Directors of the Oasis Center for Women and Girls.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2012, her M.A. in Applied Economics from Florida State University in 2009, and her B.A. in Economics from Florida State University in 2008. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and licensed to practice before all Florida state courts.
