About George Donnelly

George A. Donnelly represents individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, consumer class action, whistleblower, and False Claims Act litigation. He joined Feldman Shepherd in 2024 after serving as Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania State Senator Nikil Saval, where he managed all office operations and secured more than $100 million in competitive grants for public interest projects, including leading creation of the first-in-the-nation Whole Home Repairs program funded at $125 million. Previously, George served as an attorney at the Public Interest Law Center, advocating on tenant issues with coverage in Time, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and National Public Radio. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude and his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
