About John Popilock

John M. Popilock is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation, concentrating on multi-party construction accidents and product liability matters and representing workers' compensation insurers and individuals in catastrophic workplace injury lawsuits. He has aggressively investigated thousands of workplace accidents and recovered tens of millions of subrogation dollars for insurers. John has prosecuted dozens of complex cases to verdict as lead counsel in more than a dozen state and federal courts across the country. He founded Popilock Law in 2024. John earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and his B.A. from Temple University.
