About Richard Soldano

Richard Soldano is committed to helping individuals and families who have suffered serious personal injuries. His practice encompasses personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, and premises liability. He participates in all litigation stages and works to ensure clients receive full compensation for injuries.

Before joining the firm, Soldano worked in community settings. He taught English at the New York Language Center in Queens and assisted unemployed individuals gain employment with Goodwill Industries International in Brooklyn. These experiences sparked his interest in channeling his passion for advocacy into law.

During Brooklyn Law School, Soldano interned with Queens County Supreme Court Judge Diccia Pineda-Kirwan, Brooklyn Legal Services Corporation A, and a New York personal injury law firm. After graduation, he worked at a prominent defense law firm, gaining insight into defense litigation strategies. Recognizing his calling to represent injured parties, he joined Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf in 2019.
