Mike Rainwater

Mike Rainwater is a Personal Injury Attorney at Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu & Montesi, PLC, with over 40 years of legal experience. Since 1993, he has focused on personal injury law.

Rainwater earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1979 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University in 1972, where he was named Outstanding Senior in the College of Business Administration. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rainwater began his career in prosecution before transitioning to private practice with expertise in commercial law and bankruptcy. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
