Patrick T. Napolski

Patrick T. Napolski is an attorney with George Sink Injury Lawyers, based in North Charleston, South Carolina. His practice focuses on civil litigation, wrongful death, personal injury, professional and medical malpractice, business torts, premises liability, and insurance coverage issues.

Napolski earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University, where he made the Dean's List, and his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where he was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association Committee. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Mikell Scarborough, Charleston County Master In Equity, and the Ninth Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office. Before joining George Sink in 2015, he served as a plaintiff's civil litigator handling a variety of practice areas.

Napolski is licensed to practice in Illinois, South Carolina, and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He serves as a judge for various moot court and mock trial competitions, sits on the South Carolina Bar Association's Professional Development Committee, and mentors in Charleston School of Law's Mentoring Program.
