Etta Simons

Etta K. Simons is an attorney with George Sink Injury Lawyers in South Carolina, with more than sixteen years of experience in workers' compensation claims and plaintiff litigation.

A lifelong Charleston resident, Simons earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science cum laude from the Honors College at the College of Charleston and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She was admitted to the Charleston County Bar and the South Carolina Bar Association in 1997.

During her career, Simons has worked with several law firms in the Lowcountry and taught as an adjunct legal writing professor at the Charleston School of Law. In 2012, she started her own small practice, performing contract work for local attorneys and writing for the National Association of Independent Schools.

She currently resides in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
