Robert Treacy

Robert Emmet Treacy, Jr. is an attorney with George Sink Injury Lawyers, serving as Director of the firm's litigation team out of the North Charleston, South Carolina office. He is entering his 30th year of practice and joined the firm in 2002.

Treacy has tried cases in South Carolina trial courts, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, and the South Carolina Supreme Court, covering the entire state. He has settled thousands of cases, including many complex matters involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, with several million-dollar and multi-million-dollar recoveries.

Before his current role, he served as a judicial clerk and as a prosecutor with the Oconee County Solicitor's Office (1997-1999), where he was commended for outstanding service.

Treacy earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1996.

He is admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
