About Kevin Glasheen

Kevin Glasheen is the founding Senior Partner of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers, with offices in Lubbock, Odessa, El Paso, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has more than 30 years of experience handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including meat packing plant injuries, auto and truck wrecks, oilfield accidents, and train wrecks.

Glasheen was lead counsel in the two largest railroad crossing accident cases in Texas, including a $65 million wrongful-death verdict ($22 million settlement on appeal) and a $46 million wrongful-death verdict ($8 million settlement on appeal). In his first civil jury trial, he won a million-dollar verdict against Ethicon in San Angelo, Texas, which remains a record for Tom Green County.

Glasheen earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1988 and his Bachelor's in Economics from Texas A&M University. He has been selected to Texas Super Lawyers continuously since 2004 and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
