Pedro Leyva

Pedro Leyva is a Senior Partner and personal injury attorney at Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers in Texas and New Mexico, promoted to Senior Partner in January 2024. His caseload centers on catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, particularly oilfield accidents and commercial vehicle crashes. He brings distinctive insight to oilfield cases from his prior work experience in oil operations and refineries.

Leyva earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017 and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 2013. He has served on the Texas Girls & Boys Ranch Board of Directors since 2023.

Leyva is bilingual in English and Spanish, has been named a 2023-2024 Texas Rising Star, and received the 2024 'Up and Comer' Award from Los Hermanos Familia.
