Michael Montalbano III

Michael J. Montalbano, III (“Mike”) earned his Juris Doctor from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2006 and graduated near the top of his class. Michael began his legal career as a general practitioner in the areas of family law, successions, and personal injury. In 2009, he began to focus his career solely on personal injury. Since then he has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in all types of negligence cases.

With a passion for putting the client first, Michael strives to handle his cases with the best possible results for the client. Michael’s experience includes automobile personal injury, wrongful death, 18 wheeler accidents, slip and fall cases, and more. He has settled cases totaling more than $25,000,000.00. Michael is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Louisiana and the U.S. District Court Middle District of Louisiana.

In his spare time, Michael is an active member of the Coastal Conservation Association of Louisiana, serving as the Baton Rouge Chapter’s president for 2012-2016. He is also a Volunteer Board Member for Baton Rouge Blues Festival and Foundation.
