About Richard Mann

Richard Mann represents individuals and families in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex commercial cases. Before joining Goudarzi & Young in August 2026, he practiced at a legacy Texas law firm where he led the firm in recoveries and revenue each year from 2022 through mid-2026 and served as lead or co-lead counsel in cases resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for plaintiffs. His representative results include a $51.13 million verdict as co-lead trial counsel for two children who sustained anoxic brain injuries from carbon monoxide poisoning, an $11.3 million policy-limits settlement for a family injured by a drunk driver, and a $7.06 million verdict and judgment for a man who sustained a traumatic brain injury in a rollover involving a commercial rock hauler, a judgment ultimately enforced by the Texas Supreme Court.

In all, he has obtained at least 41 seven and eight figure results in cases where he was the attorney primarily responsible for the litigation. He graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 2011, where he co-led the Christian Legal Society, and is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He is married and the father of three children.
