Deanna Cairo Arthur

Deanna Cairo Arthur is the daughter of GWC managing partner Louis C. Cairo and a partner at the firm, where she handles personal injury litigation and also leads human resources, administration, and operations. She earned a B.A. in Communications and an M.S. in Kinesiology and Sports Studies from Eastern Illinois University before earning her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2014. Since 2018 she has been named an Emerging Lawyer by Leading Lawyers Magazine every year, an honor reserved for fewer than 2 percent of all licensed Illinois attorneys. She is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Italian American Labor Council, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
