Andrew Wier

Andrew S. Wier is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. and manages the firm's Kenosha office. His practice includes all types of personal injury claims, and he has tried more than 40 cases to jury in his career.

Wier earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2006, with majors in History, Political Science, and African American Studies. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Before joining Habush Habush & Rottier, Wier served for five years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Racine County District Attorney's Office. He has served as president of the Kenosha County Bar Association in 2018, 2022, and 2024 and on the Police and Fire Commission for the Village of Caledonia from 2012 to 2019. He is a member of the Racine County Bar Association and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.

Wier annually authors and edits the chapter on pretrial motion practice in Civil Procedure Before Trial, Wisconsin, published by the Wisconsin State Bar. His honors include selection to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2017 to 2023 and Wisconsin Super Lawyers since 2025.
