Peter Young

Peter M. Young is a shareholder of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. and the managing partner of the firm's Wausau, Rhinelander, and Stevens Point, Wisconsin offices. He has been with the firm since December 2006. His practice includes personal injury claims, automobile accidents, product liability claims, nursing home abuse and neglect claims, and wrongful death claims.

Young earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Young has tried jury cases throughout Wisconsin in both state and federal courts and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and chairs the District 16 OLR Investigative Committee, appointed by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. In 2016, the Wisconsin Association for Justice honored him with its inaugural Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer award. He has been selected to Wisconsin Super Lawyers from 2013 through 2025.
