About Christopher Duesing

Christopher A. Duesing is a shareholder of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. and the managing partner of the firm's Lake Geneva office. His practice features civil litigation in all types of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, boating accidents, contractor negligence, animal-related injuries, slip-and-fall accidents, and other third-party liability claims.

Duesing earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from Drake University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Duesing has conducted multiple jury trials throughout Wisconsin and has argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 2007. He is a Past President of the Walworth County Bar Association and is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. His honors include Wisconsin Super Lawyers recognition since 2010 (Rising Star, 2007-2009) and Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation since 2019.
