About Robert Jaskulski

Robert L. Jaskulski is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C., practicing in the firm's Milwaukee, Waukesha, and West Bend offices. He serves as managing partner of the Waukesha office. His practice involves medical malpractice, product liability, insurance bad faith, and motor vehicle accidents. He is a member of the firm's Defective Medical Device Team, handling defective hip and transvaginal mesh cases in multi-district litigation before federal courts in Ohio and West Virginia.

Jaskulski earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1988 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1985. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Jaskulski is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association for Justice (where he served as President), and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and Marquette University Law School.

His honors include selection to Wisconsin Super Lawyers from 2005 through 2025, Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year for Appellate Practice in Milwaukee (2015), and the Robert Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year award from the Wisconsin Association for Justice (2015).
