Benjamin Cochran

Benjamin Cochran is the Managing Partner at Hardison & Cochran in North Carolina, with more than 20 years of experience. He started at the firm part-time as a second-year law student and joined as a licensed attorney in 2002. His practice focuses primarily on workers' compensation, with personal injury as a secondary practice area.

Cochran earned his B.A. in Economics and African American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999, and his Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

He is a North Carolina Bar Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law and is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar (2002).

He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (Leaders Forum), the 10th Judicial District Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, and serves on the Campbell Law School Board of Visitors.
