About Brent Griffith

Brent J. Griffith, Esq. is an Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. who advanced through the firm starting as an undergraduate intern, then law clerk, and eventually licensed attorney. This progression has given him deep insight into the needs of clients and the strategies necessary to hold insurance companies accountable.

Griffith has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 attorneys in both 2021 and 2024. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California, the Santa Cruz County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association. Outside the firm, he coaches youth recreational soccer, leads mock trial programs for fifth graders, and competes in beach volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and soccer.

He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and his Bachelor's degree in Business from BYU-Idaho. He is admitted to the State Bar of California.
