Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones, Esq. is an Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. with expertise in trial advocacy and legal writing. He previously served as a post-bar law clerk for the Public Defender's Office in San Diego, where he argued before the Superior Court of California.

Jones has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017, 2018, and 2019 — an honor given to only the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state — and has received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in recognition of his community dedication. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Westminster College. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and is fluent in English and Spanish.
