About Gayle Blatt

Gayle M. Blatt heads the firm's complex litigation practice group and concentrates on consumer class action, data breach, and serious personal injury cases. She joined CaseyGerry more than 30 years ago and has handled high-profile, multi-million-dollar cases including the Volkswagen diesel emissions litigation ($14.7 billion) and the Wells Fargo Collateral Protection Insurance class action. She has held leadership positions in data security class actions including Sony Gaming Networks, YAHOO! Inc. Data Breach (where she was the only California attorney on the Plaintiff's Executive Committee), Adkins v. Facebook, Waste Management Data Breach, Netgain Technology, and Warner Music Group.
