Jason Evans

Jason C. Evans is a partner at CaseyGerry specializing in wrongful death, aviation litigation, complex litigation, and serious personal injury. Throughout his career he has handled hearings, pleadings, depositions, trials, mediations, and memoranda for multi-million-dollar civil and class actions. He was selected as one of the San Diego Business Journal's Next Top Business Leaders Under 40 for 2020, named to the Daily Transcript's Top 40 Under 40 for 2020, and received the 2017 CASD Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award.

He has been a San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2015 and was named in Best Lawyers in America beginning in 2024. He holds a board seat on the San Diego County Bar Association (Secretary 2025) and serves on the board of Youth Tennis San Diego. He is an avid tennis player and drummer.
