Adam Levine

Adam B. Levine is of counsel at CaseyGerry and a key member of the serious personal injury team. He litigates in state and federal courts, focusing on government claims, product defects, premises liability, and auto crashes. In 2022 alone he recovered more than $25 million for his clients. His cases have included representing Tony Gwynn's family in wrongful death cases against Big Tobacco, a Navy SEAL's family after a parachute deployed inside an aircraft causing his death, a motorcyclist who lost a leg and arm in a case against the United States of America, and a world-class athlete who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury at Camp Pendleton.

He graduated at the top of his law school class and interned for U.S. District Judge Irma E. Gonzalez before joining the firm. He is also a licensed California architect. He has been named a San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2017 and to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch each year since 2021.
