Evan Spano

Evan Spano, Esq. is a Trial Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc., dedicated to representing individuals and families in personal injury cases. He is passionate about courtroom advocacy and trial preparation, having achieved settlements as high as $6 million in cases where the highest pre-engagement offer was $59,000 — and many had no offer at all.

Spano served as Cal Poly's mascot during his undergraduate years and became a certified motorcycle mechanic at age 13. He is an active member of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, the Central Coast Trial Lawyers Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).

He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law and his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
