About Jerome Bellotti

Jerome Bellotti, Esq. is a Trial Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. specializing in representing individuals and families against insurance companies. He brings extensive courtroom experience, having taken 18 cases to verdict.

Before joining Harris, Bellotti served as a trial attorney at Stratman, Schwartz and Williams-Abrego from 2013 to 2020, and previously was a post-bar legal intern at Santa Clara County Superior Court in 2012. He brings background in both defense and plaintiff litigation.

Bellotti has been recognized as Harris Personal Injury Lawyers' Trial Attorney of the Year in 2024 and 2025, was selected for the Farmers Insurance Exchange Advanced Trial Advocacy Program in 2018, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (limited to fewer than 1% of U.S. attorneys).
