Michael Chaloupka

Michael Chaloupka, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc., born and raised in San Luis Obispo with deep roots on California's Central Coast. He has practiced exclusively at the firm since beginning his legal career, representing hundreds of injured individuals and families in personal injury litigation.

Chaloupka is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the Fresno County Bar Association, the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, the Central Coast Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from Santa Barbara College of Law and his undergraduate degree in Business and Finance from Cal Poly SLO. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
