Dayna Ellsworth

Dayna Ellsworth, Esq. is an Attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. since 2017, focused on representing clients affected by serious accidents. She has more than 14 years of legal experience, having served as a Deputy District Attorney from 2012 to 2015 before transitioning to private practice. Her prior firms include Bennett and Bennett, APC and the Singleton Law Firm.

Ellsworth has been recognized on the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list in 2018 and 2019. She received the M. Eugenia Lopez Memorial Award and Scholarship and the Trial Advocacy Award and Scholarship in law school, and previously served as President of the Public Interest Law Foundation. She also coaches high school mock trial.

She earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2015 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in 2009, with a double major in Interpersonal Communication and Sociology and an emphasis on juvenile crime. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.
