David Cripe

David J. Cripe is an attorney at Hauptman, O'Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. in Omaha, Nebraska, where he has practiced since 2008.

A native Nebraskan born in Beatrice in 1970, Cripe began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for Douglas County for two years. He then moved to private practice with Sodoro, Daly & Sodoro, where he specialized in insurance defense litigation and medical malpractice defense law for over eight years.

He practices car accident injuries, truck accident injuries, motorcycle accidents, boat accident injuries, pedestrian accident injuries, and catastrophic injuries cases.

Cripe earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University in 1998 and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1993.

He is admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association.
