Timothy O'Brien

Timothy J. O'Brien is Of Counsel at Hauptman, O'Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a co-founder of the firm.

O'Brien specializes in plaintiff personal injury law, with emphasis on interstate trucking collisions, automobile accident cases, and product liability claims.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 1979 and his Bachelor of Arts from Olivet College in Michigan in 1976. He was an Alvin M. Bentley Fellow.
