Harvey Goldhammer is a Senior Litigation Attorney with more than 45 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer in California. He has tried over 150 cases to verdict or arbitration award and has briefed and argued more than 200 appeals before the California Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. After serving as in-house counsel for Chubb Insurance and The Hartford and working at insurance-defense firms, he practiced as a professional mediator and arbitrator for 13 years before returning to plaintiff-side litigation.
