Diana R. Panish is an attorney at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP where she focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury as well as sexual abuse and sexual assault cases. Licensed in California and Nevada, Ms. Panish is committed to holding individuals and businesses accountable for injuries caused as a result of negligence and obtaining the maximum recovery for her clients. Most recently, Ms. Panish was a member of the trial team that obtained a $34.1 million verdict in San Bernardino County for an elderly pedestrian who suffered a traumatic brain injury and various orthopedic injuries after he was struck on the sidewalk by a driver who ran a red light. She was also a member of the trial team that obtained a $135 million jury verdict in Riverside County for two men who were sexually abused as students by a Moreno Valley Unified School District teacher. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Panish worked in the Environmental, Toxic Torts, and Consumer Protection Unit of a nationally-recognized law firm where she assisted in all stage of the litigation process while attending law school.

Ms. Panish graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Public Communications where she was also a member of UVM's Women's Soccer program. She received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, graduating cum laude, and was on the Dean's List for academic excellence. She was also a recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship, a two-time recipient of the Witkin Award in both legal ethics and in legal writing, and a first-year brief writer finalist. A native of Southern California, Ms. Panish is an active member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Nevada Justice Association.
