About Jason Markle

Jason R. Markle is a Trial Attorney at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers in Boston, concentrating his practice on construction site injuries, motor vehicle crashes, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, nursing home injuries, workers' compensation, and civil rights violations.

Markle earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from New England Law Boston in 2005, where he served as Technical Coordinating Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Massachusetts Practice and Procedure, and was selected for the Honors Judicial Internship program. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006 and the U.S. District Court in 2007.

Before joining Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, Markle spent 15 years handling plaintiffs' personal injury litigation at another major Boston firm. He previously worked five years at Essex County Superior Court, including roles as Courtroom Session Clerk and Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court Justices.
