Nicole Avitabile

Nicole Avitabile is an Associate Attorney at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers in Boston, working in the firm's civil litigation department to represent injured clients in personal injury and civil litigation matters.

Avitabile was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2015 and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in September 2019, plus the Federal Claims Court in March 2019. She earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in May 2015. Before joining Jeffrey Glassman, she worked for four years at another downtown Boston personal injury firm representing civil plaintiffs in tort matters, including personal injury, workers' compensation, general liability, and adults injured by vaccines through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
