David Allard

David Allard is the Prelitigation Managing Attorney at J&Y Law in Los Angeles, California, with 12+ years of personal injury law experience. He oversees case development and early-stage claim management. Before joining J&Y Law, he served four years in the United States Marine Corps and later worked as a defense contractor supporting NORAD. He also spent a year as a litigation partner at a defense firm representing insurance companies, giving him insight into defense strategies and claim valuation. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013.
