About Chloe Ketchmark

Chloe Ketchmark is an attorney at Ketchmark & McCreight, P.C. who focuses on appellate work alongside Scott McCreight, handling post-trial motions and appellate briefs. She grew up watching her father, founding partner Michael Ketchmark, try cases, and that foundation shaped her commitment to plaintiff-side trial work. She earned her undergraduate degree in pure and applied mathematics from Boston University, then graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served on the Kansas Law Review Executive Board. Following law school, she clerked for a judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.

Before joining the firm, she worked at Legal Aid of Western Missouri, where she represented clients who could not afford legal counsel. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in biostatistics at Brown University. She has participated in several major trial matters at the firm.
