About Steven Ketchmark
Steven Ketchmark is an attorney at Ketchmark & McCreight, P.C. whose work centers on organizing complex evidence and presenting it in a clear, persuasive way for judges and juries. He is Michael Ketchmark's son and grew up around the practice, developing an early appreciation for how thorough preparation shapes trial outcomes. He earned a cum laude undergraduate degree in Information Systems and Analytics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
He then attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where he received a CALI Award for Excellence in Pretrial Advocacy. During law school, he served as a legal intern for the Honorable Anthony Rex Gabbert of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, giving him early exposure to how appellate courts evaluate trial court records. Since joining the firm, he has accumulated extensive counsel table experience across the firm's significant and complex cases.

A Monroe County jury awarded $58.6 million, including $56.6 million in punitive damages, to James Graham, a Hannibal food plant worker who developed the irreversible lung disease bronchiolitis obliterans after years of exposure to Givaudan butter flavoring chemicals. The Missouri Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment in full in April 2026.
