Cassandra Cummings

Cassandra S.M. Cummings is a Litigation Attorney at Ladah Injury & Car Accident Lawyers in Las Vegas, focused on representing personal injury victims.

Cummings began her legal career working for insurance defense firms for eight years, representing defendants in construction defect and premises liability cases. She later served as Partner and Associate Attorney at Eglet Adams, where she was head writer on the mass tort team and led the briefing for the State of Nevada's opioid litigation. In 2018 she shifted to plaintiff personal injury work.

Cummings earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2010 and her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UNLV. She moved to Las Vegas in 2002.
