Brandon Smith

Brandon P. Smith is a personal injury attorney at Ladah Injury & Car Accident Lawyers in Las Vegas. He has more than 16 years of experience as an insurance defense attorney and now represents personal injury plaintiffs in vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, contracts, construction defect, and insurance bad-faith matters.

A Nevada resident since 2006, Smith earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in English from the University of Toledo, having previously taught collegiate English courses before transitioning to law. He is licensed to practice in Nevada state and federal courts, including the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received the Vince A.
