Daniel Tetreault

Daniel C. 'Dan' Tetreault is a personal injury attorney at Ladah Injury & Car Accident Lawyers in Las Vegas, joining the firm in 2023. He has extensive experience litigating trucking and commercial motor vehicle accidents and also handles premises liability, complex tort, product liability, contract, and insurance bad-faith matters.

Tetreault spent much of his legal career - including 13 years with two insurance defense firms - obtaining favorable results for corporations and insurers before transitioning to plaintiff representation. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2008 from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice cum laude from UNLV in 2006.
