Justin McKay

Justin McKay focuses on helping victims of personal injury and wrongful death. He earned his B.A. from Northern Arizona University and his J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. McKay has been featured on ABC 15 for legal commentary and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. He has substantial experience handling elder abuse and financial exploitation claims alongside personal injury matters.

McKay represented several hundred clients in the Purdue Pharma mass action for wrongful death, injury, and birth defects related to Oxycontin. He has also litigated claims against large corporations and government entities for negligent injury and wrongful death. McKay is a partner and owner of co-counsel firm Goodnow McKay, which works alongside Lamber Goodnow Injury Lawyers on cases with client consent.
