Miriah Yanez

Miriah Millis Yanez is a Partner at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, focused exclusively on personal injury law. She joined the firm in 2017 and was named Partner in February 2023.

A Wake Forest, North Carolina resident, Yanez decided in sixth grade that she wanted to be an attorney and committed to her goal in high school by enrolling in a "3+3" early admissions program. She earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012.

She is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, and the Auto Torts Division of North Carolina Advocates for Justice. She also oversees the firm's Summer Associate Internship program for law students.
