About Bernardo Pimentel II

Bernardo Pimentel II is a trial attorney with more than six years of litigation experience in criminal and civil matters, representing individuals seriously injured through negligence including automobile accidents, defective products, asbestos exposure, and other catastrophic incidents. Before joining Leesfield & Partners, he was a Partner at Cole, Scott & Kissane, where he spent over three years defending corporations and insurance interests statewide, having been promoted to partner after just over a year with the firm. He now brings that defense-side knowledge to exclusively representing injured plaintiffs. Prior to his defense practice, he served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County and previously worked as an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Pimentel & Castillo in criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2017 and his B.S. from Florida International University.
