Carlos Fabano

Carlos A. Fabano is a trial attorney who represents individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases, with a specialization in medical malpractice. Prior to joining Leesfield & Partners, he spent over 12 years representing physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice defense, and he now uses that insider knowledge to advocate for patients and their families. His malpractice experience spans pediatric and adult cases across all types of claims, including failure to diagnose, surgical errors, OB/GYN and birth injury, cruise ship medical malpractice, radiology misinterpretation, hospital and nursing malpractice, and pharmaceutical overdoses.

He also handles automobile accidents, trucking accidents, construction site accidents, and defective products. A Miami native, he earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a Moot Court Honor Society member and took first place in the Feinrider Moot Court Competition. He received his B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University.
