Brian Smith

Brian M. Smith is a litigation attorney with Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys in Indiana, focusing on civil litigation including personal injury, business, estate planning, family law, and other matters. A native of Muncie, Indiana and graduate of Muncie Central High School, he has approximately 19 years of trial and litigation experience, having guided clients through litigation resulting in successful jury trial verdicts and amicable resolutions. While in law school, he participated as a member of the Valparaiso ATLA mock trial team and received academic honors in legal drafting, business law, and trial practice. He is active in his community, serving three terms on the Crown Point School Board of Trustees (including as President), 13 years as a coach and board member of the Crown Point Jr. Bulldogs, as a founding member and coach of the NWI Fury Travel baseball program, and as a member of Cross Point Church in Crown Point.
