Zachary Balkin

Hugh Zachary Balkin is a personal injury litigation attorney at Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys, based in Reno and serving Northern Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. Between 2008 and 2016, he served at Colorado's 13th Judicial District Attorney's Office, rising to Chief Deputy District Attorney, where he prosecuted more than 45 jury trials including homicides and sexual assaults. In 2016, he joined Colorado's largest personal injury firm (Franklin D. Azar & Associates), settled millions in claims, and managed an office of over 50 attorneys, also participating in class action lawsuits against companies like Hewlett Packard and Wells Fargo. He moved to Reno in 2021 and joined Lerner and Rowe in 2022. His father was also a personal injury attorney.
