Bryan Meadows

Bryan L. Meadows is the Managing Attorney of Marks & Harrison's Fredericksburg, Virginia office, focusing on personal injury matters. Before joining Marks & Harrison, he served as Managing Attorney for GEICO's Staff Counsel in Roanoke, Virginia.

Meadows earned his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University, where he was Captain of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team and received the Golden Paw Award for Law, Science and Policy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Christopher Newport University and was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society.

Meadows served on the Brain Injury Association of Virginia Board of Directors from 2016 to 2024, including roles as Treasurer (2018-2020), Vice President (2020-2021), and President (2021-2024). He served on the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Legislative Tort Committee from 2016 to 2022 and was Past President of the Salem/Roanoke County Bar Association (2014-2015). He was named to Virginia Lawyers Weekly's 2024 Leaders in the Law.
