Grant Winter

Grant A. Winter is the managing attorney of the Civil Litigation Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He is a PORAC Legal Defense Fund panel attorney specializing in civil rights defense for law enforcement officers, and holds POST certification as an instructor. His practice covers personal injury, civil rights, employment law, labor law, and appellate work. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment disputes, contract litigation, real estate developer disputes, debt collector and telemarketer litigation, legal malpractice, and personal injury matters, and conducts trainings on 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 defense claims.
